People think. ( Dear George ... People think. And that can never be taken away. )
In the world we live today there are those people who talk about what they think. And then there are those who
have opinions, even if they do not know what they are talking about or worse yet: fabricate some rhetoric they want others to believe. Above all of that, there are people of great intellect. They see life not from what they think or what is their opinion. They see it from ... A Certain Point of View. A point of view that is based on what is and things that are called: fact. Matters of great merit. Here we are going to talk about A FACT. This story is caused to rise because of what a man named George W. Bush said, not once but on different occasions - in public, while he addressed the Peoples of America and the World. Maybe this man knows how to manipulate the minds of masses of people by tactful use of TV and the Press. But what he knows of God is little and that man should be told so. He was not elected as God's messenger. Matter of fact, Mr. George W. Bush was not even elected President of the United States. That election had to be decided by The United States Supreme Court. And at that time, in the Year 2000, George W. Bush was "Appointed" President of the United States by that panel of Judges. You can start what you call a War, slaughter innocent people, and get other people to think you had the right to kill. If you knew anything about the Universe, or God for that matter, then you would know (not think): No man, No woman, No Government, No judge, No jury, no no one has the right to take the life of another human being. To think you have the right to kill other people is to think in the manner of ... what we fondly label: "the pre-electric mentality." Life gave humanity many gifts in the last one hundred years and expected we would rise to the level of knowing: with great power comes great responsibility. Americans have fallen way short of the Mark as they allow themselves to be led around by politicians THAT HAVE THEIR OWN Agenda. Their own agenda is another story, not this one. This story has one purpose. That is to wake you up to what is YOUR RIGHT. What is your right ... and not JUST MERELY: a gift. As the point shall be made momentarily. Of course we are not going to beat up on George W. Bush here. If you look at who he is, the family he comes from, and all that he has been given, you can not expect he would be anything more than what he is. A manipulating politician with his Own agenda. And for that you can not blame George W., you can only look and understand. But we are going to let it be known: this was said. |
Then after all of the above, George W. Bush goes on a radio broadcast and states, quote: "we all know Freedom is
A GIFT from God to all mankind ..." (April 12, 2003 radio address). The 2nd occasion was in person on TV about a week later. Same statement: Freedom is a GIFT from God. That is obviously what George W. wants you to think, wants you all to think. Another political manipulatation: trying to destroy, chip away at your own American Heritage and your Birthright. An Abortion of truth. I am not stupid. Nor should the rest of the world be. And we should not fall victim to some idiotic opinion. So let it be known this was said. And -- in fact -- George W. should really get a reality check. How dare you speak on behalf of God ... and as if it is: a FACT ? For the record. No, "Freedom" is not a Gift from God and never was. They are the words of someone who would take from you what is yours and definitely something that is wholly: unAMERCIAN. "A Gift" is something given to you. Which means it ...can... be taken away. Anything given -- like "a gift"-- can be taken away from you anytime the person who claims it was --a gift -- wants to rescind it. "Freedom" was never --NEVER-- "a gift." This is a fact all America has been built on. From the sweat of those who lived and died to created a great Nation. FREEDOM (in fact) IS nothing less than "AN ABSOLUTE RIGHT." Dictated long before George W. was appointed President, and for that matter: long before George W. or any of you were born. It is A RIGHT that you are entitled to in all of Time. It is Life that is "the Gift." Freedom is the Right, guaranteed. When you were born you were born into the world Free. It is man, or a society, or a government that takes that Freedom away. Or in these post electric times, it is more about the force of a so-called Government that takes many Freedoms away. If George W. Bush wants to talk of the horrors and brutality imposed upon people and this World: maybe we should be talking about the real horrors and brutality that is Covered Up constantly in the United States jails, police stations, and, by majorly corrupt Government employees across the Land - in every State. Like the man who was beat to death by Guards in a Long Island jail not long ago because he was yelling. Costing millions of dollars for "a wrongful death." Or the 4 Cops in New Jersey on trial because they killed someone who was having a seizure and needed their help. Or even the 1985 choke-hold of a man that eventually led to revealing the fact: A.I.D.S. kills all peoples. That man was trying to save everybody's lives. And the Freedom he received in America by America was to be murdered by his own American people. Now talk about human atrocities. |

People Think !
|
This is so important it
takes the priority. The "People Think" story has been bumped to the bottom in "outtakes and misc." When you read this, maybe you will understand why it takes priority. I am also putting this up front here as our way of saying to all the people we know: we will never forget you. Richard
As a little P.S. We would
like to say: "Thank you Agatha." Thank you very much. |
Circumstances or people can take away your material possessions, they can take away your money, and
they can take away your health. But no one can ever take away your precious memories. So, don't forget to make time and take the opportunities to make memories everyday. To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven. A friend sent this to me to remind me of life. Hope you enjoy it. I HOPE YOU STILL TAKE THE TIME TO RUN THROUGH THE RAIN. They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them. Send this to the people you'll never forget. It's a short message to let them know that you'll never forget them. If you don't send it to anyone, it means you're in a hurry. Take the time to live !!! Keep in touch with your friends, you never know when you'll need each other -- and don't forget to run in the rain ! http://www.totallycool.net/People2Think.html |
A little girl had been shopping with her Mom in Wal-Mart. She must have been 6 years old. It was pouring
outside. We all stood there under the awning and just inside the door of the Wal-Mart. We waited, some patiently, others irritated because nature messed up their hurried day. I am always mesmerized by rainfall. The little voice was so sweet as it broke the hypnotic trance we were all caught in. "Mom, let's run through the rain," she said. "What ?" Mom asked. "Let 's run through the rain !" the little girl said. "No, honey. We'll wait until it slows down a bit," Mom responded. This young child waited about another minute and repeated: "Mom, let's run through the rain." "We'll get soaked if we do," Mom answered. "No we won't, Mom. That's not what you said this morning," the young girl said as she tugged at her Mom's arm. Mom looked puzzled, "This morning ? When did I say we could run through the rain and not get wet ?" "Don't you remember ? When you were talking to Daddy about his cancer, you said, 'If God can get us through this, he can get us through anything !" The entire crowd stopped dead silent. I swear you couldn't hear anything but the rain. We all stood silently. No one came or left in the next few minutes. Mom paused and thought for a moment about what she would say. Now some would laugh it off and scold her for being silly. Some might even ignore what was said. But this was a moment of affirmation in a young child's life. A time when innocent trust can be nurtured so that it will bloom into faith. "Honey, you are absolutely right. Let's run through the rain. If GOD let's us get wet, well maybe we just needed washing," her Mom said. Then off they ran. We all stood watching, smiling and laughing as they darted past the cars and yes, through the puddles. They held their shopping bags over their heads just in case. They got soaked. But they were followed by a few who screamed and laughed like children all the way to their cars. And yes, I did. I ran. I got wet. I needed washing. |
Now to set the record straight. Some people may think that America engaged in a War with Iraq in March of 2003.
In fact there was no War, not really. The American President Bush said Sadam Hussein had 300,000 Iraqi troops. But taking an overview of the American invasion and occupation of Iraq and all the battles fought there over 3 weeks -- the World watched. If you saw a total of 30,000 Iraqi troops you were lucky. And further the U.S. said it had 6000 Iraqi POW's. But never has anyone seen 6000 Iraqi POW's. Evenso, we all saw many innocent people killed and injured. But George W. said America had to attack Iraq because they had Weapons of Mass Destruction (and still none were ever found). Did you ever hear the story of the boy who cried wolf ? In the order of events: George W. Bush forced the United Nations to begin looking again for these weapons (resolution 1441). They had Iraq hand over documents of more than 10,000 pages detailing what weapons they did have. Then they had Iraq destroy about 40 missiles that flew beyond the mileage range allowed under treaty. Once the U.S. stripped Iraq of its defenses and weapons, the U.S. with no respect for the United Nations attacked Iraq. They called it a "War." Yeah like two gangs in a High School. It lasted 3 weeks. A War: three weeks long ? Some War. America goes in with the most intense technology the Universe offers to date. No it is not a war of -- troops to troops fighting War. It is more about ... we send in American troops and have them point to targets. And then we bomb the shit out of those targets and people from the air. That is not a War ... it is A STOMPING. Some still do remember "The Vietnam War." Well that is what it was called for years when politicians sent their own sons to kill and be killed. But 30 years later saying "War" in that context would be taboo. It was corrected in History and rightfully called, after all the damages were done: The Vietnam "Conflict." But that was War, more than 6 years of fighting, and it was hell. When a Nation strips another Nation of its weapons and then goes and pounces them, like it was said: it is nothing more than "A Stomping." Fighting China that would be a War. But that is not what this is about. This is about what comes next. |
Before you walk away and say "oh that is just someone's opinion" let me remind you what makes you an American.
It is a little document called: The United States Declaration of Independence, 1776. And let us preserve it forever. "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are ENDOWED by their CREATOR with certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS; that among these are: Life, LIBERTY, and the pursit of Happiness." We did not see anything there that talks about Freedom as a "GIFT", did you ? But we do see it clearly states by no uncertain terms, what is your: UNALIENABLE RIGHT. If you look in a dictionary see the word "Liberty." It is another word that descriptively dictates what "Freedom" is. The forefathers and mothers call it "Liberty." That is The Word. |
People think. To Be continued.
What's in a word ... "Security" - and - "The People."
|
It is your right. The right to be Free. If it is one step forward and two steps back -- when that happens, what
you lose is more and more of your freedom. Think about it. |
