... For nature, crescent, does not grow alone
In thews and bulk, but, as this temple waxes,
The inward service of the mind and soul
Grows wide withal.

Give every man thy ear, but few thy voice;
Take each man's censure, but reserve thy judgment.
Costly thy habit as thy purse can buy,
But not express'd in fancy; rich, not gaudy;

For the apparel oft proclaims the man,
And they ... of the best rank and station
Are of a most select and generous chief in that.

This above all: to thine ownself be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false . . .

And onward we go --

LORD POLONIUS TO LAERTES:

The wind sits in the shoulder of your sail,
And you are stay'd for. There; my blessing with thee!
And these few precepts in thy memory

See thou character. Give thy thoughts no tongue,
Nor any unproportioned thought his act.
Be thou familiar, but by no means vulgar.
Those friends thou hast, and their adoption tried,
Grapple them to thy soul with hoops of steel;
But do not dull thy palm with entertainment
Of each new-hatch'd, unfledged comrade. Beware
Of entrance to a quarrel, but being in,
Bear't that the opposed may beware of thee.

Message From "The Elder."
This is going to be a little inner journey
if you would like to do it with me. The
one thing I always try to keep in my
Life are those I call: The Elders. The
Elders are very Special people. They
are people who have been there. And
by learning from their knowledge an
individual traveling through Life will not
suffer the same pitfalls. So The Elder
once shared something with me. And
I would like to share some of that with
you. It is a very short piece. William
Shakespeare. Hamlet. It will probably
take you one minute to read. After that,
in your mind, you can take it with you
through all of time. Yet and evenso --
always remember to stand up for
humankind and for "your" rights ...
Sent with Love - Richard david Renda
To The Elders ... Shall I
teach. There Is A Difference
Between: "Control" and
Having "A Relationship With."

It is the difference
between "War"
and "Peace."

In effect, no one Controls
Mother Nature. But they
can have a relationship with.

Courtesy or Respect.
Is there a difference ?

We know the answer. Do the
others ? Some Voices are made
to be Heard. It is to whom they
are speaking that determines
how they are spoken to. In fact
it is The Word that invented The
Line. Even Shakespeare can
deal with that. Why not ?
He would know.

Hamlet ... Act I - Scene III

To The Elder: Frank Meak
taught me something else
from Hamlet (as they spoke
before committing murder) :
"Something Stinks In Denmark."
