This position is a bit harder. With
some practice you can do it too.
You learn more about position
as you see it takes a deep
concentration. This position
takes more focus. Because
it is a position of strength.
For lunch a good salad
after this would do fine.

You may want to start
your day with a piece of
raw fruit. A natural energy
boost.
Try this position sitting flat on the
floor at first. Then eventually you
can lift yourself up. A little bit at
a time. Once off the ground, in
this position, you can hold it for
a couple seconds more each time
you practice. Soon enough you
will be able to sit in position well
focused for as long as you want.
