The World's oldest known Levi's Jean discovered.
|

Purchased at an ebay auction by Levi Strauss & Co.
for over $46,000. The jeans were produced in the 1880's. They were discovered in a Nevada mining town in 1998. Having survived 120 years it is a true testament of quality and workmanship. The Levi's ® brand will offer a replica of these jeans in U.S. and European Levi's ® stores. |

Tid bits. ARCUATE. During WWII the pocket arcs were
hand painted to save thread. On the Red Tab - pre 1971, the word Levi's ® was always written in Capital letters. The tan "Two Horse" patch image has meaning. It represent Levi's commitment to quality and strength. |
