I swear. I did not hit Him.

You have No Proof.

In attempting to complete
a successful "Photo Shoot"
to get precisely the picture
you want or one that your
Photo Editor is looking
for and will accept
could depend totally on
a simple turn of the ankle,
or a slight lowering of the
chin, or the difference between
a Model's fingers being spread
apart or closed together.
To add that special excitement
it may even be an accidental
movement that will give you the
"Perfect Picture." Keep your
eyes open. As you see events
around you with your own eye
you will know if it is what you
need. Then "Shoot it" ! Take
the Picture. "It is what you see
that gives you the sense of
direction." No matter how you
see it. That fact still holds true.
Or was that "please, hold still !"
Never mind. Have fun. Keep
your eyes open and on the
subject. Circumstances may
be you have to answer to the
Creative Director or Executive
Editor. On a Commerical print
Ad or video project it would be
the Art Director and Client that
most likely has the final say.
As in the 2 photos
at the top of this page:
"Alex holding the club."
Look at her left hand in
each picture. Notice her
positioning, the way she
is actually grabbing "the
club." In one picture she
is presenting it. In the
2nd shot she is firmly
grabbing it. (I wonder
why.) If you were
the Photo Editor
having to choose
only one of the
two pictures:
which one
would you
pick ???
