" Be A Star "
Totally Cool ® "Takes You There !" A Fashion Show Benefit for the Uniformed Firefighters Association and
the survivors of the World Trade Center disaster. But what shines through most here is Human kindness.
In Special Glory. The people who gave their time and effort here gave up much more than most will know.
We heard one story of a model (Nikki K from Wilhelmina Models) who turned down a $ 900 job to come
work this event for "no pay" at all. Jason Hayes, who put this show together, even got his family involved
(Dad was taking tickets at the door) -and- Mr. Hayes was "the man behind the scenes" stirring up The Elite
of the World's Fashion Industry. He got us there. Everyone who participated in this Benefit contributed out
of pocket to -- give it their all. As you can see: it was a Beautiful Show, to say the least. It actually achieved
being: A night to remember. Fun and entertaining in times of so great a sadness. To everybody who helped
make this special evening come to life ... we say, for the many who can not: "Thank you. Thank you for
being there." There is goodness in the World and it lives in ... New York.
