Dear Valued Customer:
The past couple weeks or so have been tragic ones for your area and our nation.
Kodak Professional recognizes that you, your employees, your customers, and your
business may have been impacted in many ways as a result of the terrorist acts upon
the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.
We wanted you to know that not only do we value your "business," we place a value
on what that represents: a dedicated team of people that contribute to your success.

To that end, we are much the same -- a group of people that come together every
day that ultimately represent a business. Thus is the reason for this letter. We want
to let you know that our heartfelt sympathies go out to you, your families, your
friends, your employees, and those that may have been impacted by this tragedy.
If you should need anything, don't hesitate to contact your Kodak Professional
representative or KIC technical help line. The Kodak Information Center can be
reached at 800 242-2424.

Sincerely yours,

Regina A, Pizzoli

A Message To The World of Coolness ...

I received this letter in the mail. It moved me to see that: people of the many
reached out to their fellow human beings in ways that can never be fully
described. But I thought this little sharing is something you should see.
It displays the most important message of all messages ... "You Are Not
Forgotten."
Signed ... yours truly,
Richard david Renda
