"Environment Melting Pot" celebrations. The

Earth Day
2000 is
the 30th
anniversary
of Earth Day.
Born in the year of nineteen hundred and seventy, Earth Day is
an annual event celebrated by millions of people around the globe.
And that family of conscious human beings is expected to grow to
billions as we move into the future. EarthFair 2000, April 16th in
New York, a week before Earth Day, launches with events featuring
multiple stages and musical acts.
The celebration kick off brings
together dance and theatrical
performances, speakers,
puppetry and more.

The focus is about how to make
a difference at home, at work, at
play, everyday.
When: April 16th
Where: Downtown
Manhattan at Battery
Park City, Historic
Battery Park, The World
Trade Center, and the
South Street Seaport.
Time: 11 - 5 p.m.
