Richard Renda brings twenty years experience in stage, music, writing, fashion styling,
and television to Totally Cool Ž. He developed a Courtesy Hospitality / Crowd Control
Policy that was so successful it was adopted by movie theaters nationwide. In addition he
created innovative ... never-done-before ... mixed media promotional vehicles for the
theater industry. He then authored a book published on Audience Participation and Mixed
Media entitled: "A Formal Format."

As a professional high end fashion stylist Richard Renda produced the launches of Spin
Magazine's fashion department and American Express platinum cardholder's magazine
Departures men's fashion section. His styling for The Ricki Lake's Show "Summer Beach
Party" airings resulted in one of the highest Nielsen rated talk show episodes, with over thirty
different looks. He is known for setting trends like the Converse high heel high top sneaker
and is responsible for introducing Tommy Hilfiger clothing to the Inner City communities. For
NBC's second annual Apollo Hall of Fame: A Tribute to Marvin Gaye, Richard created a
special look for Mavis Staples' performance of her infamous " I'll Take You There." Having
worked as a composer and sound engineer for 8 years, Richard Renda also worked as a
non-linear digital video editor, videographer and director for clients such as The Body Shop,
the Four Seasons Hotel, Body Design Productions, and Smashbox Cosmetics. He is a
longtime member of the C.F.D.A.'s 7th on Sixth Press Corps and The New York International
Fashion Press Corps. Richard is the only independent video producer included in the
permanent archive of the C.F.D.A. Council of Fashion Designers of America.

Richard Renda is the Founder of the Totally Cool Ž Communications and Broadcast concept
with registered trademarks in the U.S., Spain, France, Japan, and others. As an Executive
Producer for cable television, Mr. Renda has directed and produced more than 200 stylistic
editorial Totally Cool Ž broadcast Programing episodes. His association with and passion
for people is testimony to his accomplishments. Richard is: "The Insider's Insider."
