A Hard Drive.
Roll the dice. As the future evolves and develops
the smaller they are: the bigger they get.
The Toshiba 0.85-inch HDD - 2.0GB / 4.0GB Drive
Never before has something so small held so much.
Toshiba continues to push the envelope on small form
factor storage with its latest market introduction, a multi-
gigabyte hard drive that is 0.85 inches in diameter. Only
a quarter the size of a 1.8-inch hard disk drive and about
the size of a postage stamp, the 0.85-inch HDD will
boost the functionality of a new generation of products;
mobile phones, digital audio players, PDAs, digital still
cameras, camcorders, and much much more. With 4
gigs of space imagine the amount of large format digital
picture you could store on your cell phone alone. And
just send those high res images across a cell pone
transmission.
"Hard drive technology has come a long
way since the introduction of the very first
model in the U.S. in 1956," said David
Hawksett, head of science and technology
at Guinness World Records. "That model
needed 50 two-foot disks to store just 4.4
MB, and the cost was astronomical. Data
storage is rarely a topic that excites the
public. However, Toshiba's innovation
means that I could soon hold more
information in my watch than I could
on my desktop computer just a few
years ago." For more details about
Toshiba's hard disk drives visit
www.harddrives.toshiba.com.

The 2004 Toshiba 4 gig hard drive has also
made it into the history books. It has been
recognized by the Guinness World Book of
Records as "the world's smallest hard drive."
Guinness World Records was
first published in 1955, It has
developed its annual book into
an international phenomenon
published in more than 100
countries and 23 languages.
No other enterprise collects, confirms,
accredits and presents world record data
with the same investment in omprehensiveness
and authenticity. Guinness is universally recognised as
the authority on record breaking achievement.

During the warm weather months

cost $4000. All you need is a small
budget. There are some really good

preserve your special moments.

If you have a little extra cash look at the Canon Powershot S60. It carries the name of Canon. A 5.0
