Richard:

People have a right to look at themselves. Individuality is allowed. This is something that I am
an advocate of both Pro and Con. I'll show the goodness in each thing. If you only care about

yourself... okay, I'm not going to sit there and Judge you and say: "you are gonna go to Hell."

I'm gonna say "well let's see what we can get out of that ?" And even though you care about
your self, well- do you care enough about your "self" where the balances of what you do: will

come back to you ???

Erica: Right.

Richard: Then you will see what I am saying. And what I am saying is to "do something nice for
somebody."

"The Birds, the trees ... they sing at me." So, why not listen ??? Like that. Okay. I don't

Weather Watchers echo, "Ha ha Ha" I could not believe my eyes. Perfect timing. Full circle.

To your "being" "inside" I would say: You were "chosen" Special by Life to do this session.

" It is about Time - You are Special !"

Erica Statement:

And like I've always said ... there are a lot of things that we want to do in our life that make us
happy, and we don't. And it's because I gotta work and I've got to do this. I've got to put some
money in the bank. This that and the other. Then 30 years, 20 years, 50 years be it when you are
laying in your death bed and you can't move and your bones are aching and Your Life is Flashing
Before Your Eyes, I mean --- work is not going to be one of the things you are going to see. It's
going to be all of the things you wanted to do, all of the things that meant something-that is what
you are going to see. Work. The money. All that stuff. It's not going to be there.

So you really want to have something to show for it. In the Future you want to be able to look back
on your Life and say "I did this. I took comfort in this. I made a difference in this subject" -
whatever it may be.

Richard:

Right. Right. Which is good. Because I was thinking about it before. That I wanted to bring

in today... I don't know if I have enough Time to run it, but I'm going to do it and we'll see where
we go with it . . . One thing we talked about was... when we talked about "pictures."

Richard:

Because when this world is over- your "self", on the inside: is still going to exist. It's going

to go somewhere. Like I said I wanted to talk about what I call: "The PTD, The Personal
Transport Device." That's what this (the human body) is: a Personal Transport Device. One
day this personal transport device like these cars after being used for so many miles it dies.
But you can go out and get another personal transport device if you had a car.

Well, Life - you are part of Life, right ? - It provided you with the personal transport device.
You continue to travel through time. So after the last breath, who is to say that you don't wind
up in another personal transport device ? And go on further in Time. Who's to say that -- that
Time ends ? Most people who know what the truth is about will tell you "the first thing you
will learn after the last breath is: you're still alive."

Richard:

You know -- Love your friends. Love yourself. Love the people around you. If you don't Love
them all the time that's okay too. But you know -remember who you are. Don't get so far away

from like Erica said, you get caught up in the working and the day to day things and the this and

the that: then you don't pause.

Erica: Really.

Richard:

I live in New York City. And I work constantly on what I'm doing. And I realize sometimes that

I never even take the time to lift my head up and look

Erica: at the sky.

Richard: Right. And it is important. Like I said ...

Erica: It feels good on the eyes too.

Richard:

Right... right. So why bring someone into it ? So the whole idea is to really make an effort.
And an effort before Nature. And an effort before the Universe. And show- that an effort is
being made. People will look to us and say "well show us how ? Tell us what we can do."

This is going to kind of take me into a certain area that's going to progress a little bit. And

I want to offer the people something that they can do.

Erica: Okay.

Richard:

But each individual "they" have to figure it out (what's good for them in their Life) what

they can do. But what I am going to offer them is this statement:

"If each person does one nice thing", and people have heard me say this "If each person
does one nice thing in the world, if each and every person does just one nice thing ... in

The Collective of that -- you have put so much more 'goodness' into the world then what

was there before."

Erica: Right.

Richard:

There was really something you could do. It could be anything. It just had to be one nice
thing. But then I took it a little bit further. I said, "okay, did you get that concept ? If you

do one nice thing it puts that much more 'goodness' into the World." Well now try it every
day ... and see what happens. Put one nice thing into the World (every day) or do one nice
thing for somebody. Whether it's opening a door or whether it's being sweet to someone
when you really want to bite their head off. Do something that takes a negative and turns it
around into the positive. And you the individual have put more "Goodness" into the World.
You may think that such a little thing doesn't matter. But It Does Matter ! It's all recorded.

Because Nature is accountable for everything and we're part of that. And we are accountable.
That is what is going to happen.

Erica:

I definitely think that people should start realizing that the Earth is Alive. And start being
just a bit more in tune. Instead of just looking at it ... like work, and home, and this, and my

car. Take a little time out. Sit back. Think about it. Think about it. Sit outside. Listen to the
sounds of Nature.

Erica:

I said, "you know what I was thinking ? I was thinking instead of just talking- we were talking
about the homeless and that you should know to be aware of the homeless and the things around

us -- and we should say: What We Should Do. Not just address the issue- but saying: what we

could do to help."

Richard:

Right. What we could do. Exactly. Which is -I thought so interesting- because my head was down
and I was thinking that was "the one thing we did not cover." We covered the Elements of what
exist. But we didn't offer - we didn't offer an avenue to travel. An answer or some type of ...

(Erica nodding in agreement.)

Richard:

We offered an Education. But no avenue to travel.

Erica: Right.

Richard:

Okay but what I thought was interesting is that here I am thinking about it and then you pull it
right out of my mouth. It's like "Thank You very much." What's more interesting -- because you
(Erica) didn't - well, I know at a time you will see the episode - but at the time that we're talking
about that subject you had not seen the episode, the way I put it together. And I had done a piece
with another guest who had a little message to the people and in the conversation that she had

she talked about that. I didn't realize it. When I went back I was like, "oh my God." All of these
things coming together. But it made me really think about it. And I want to not only give an
offering of what you can do with the Power of Your Mind and the Belief that's Inside. I wanted

to give a simple offering. Like how could a person help ? What could a person do to make the
world overall- better.

We're ... we're not just talking about Little things. We're talking about really Big things. We're
talking about: Changing The World.

Erica: Okay.

Richard:

Making it a better place. Didn't you and I talk about it a lttle bit ? About how some people don't
want to have children because they don't want to bring people into this world.

Erica:

They think that the world is so messed up so why bring in kids.

Erica:

Pictures. Yeah.

Richard:

What are "Pictures ?" Pictures are the representation of a moment in Time.

And that's what we're talking about. And preserving that. And when you see tornados and
towns get ripped up and then people go back and they are so emotionally disturbed and
distraught by the things that they lost --the things that disturb them the most is: the Pictures
that they lose.

Erica: Yes.

Richard:

And when they go back they try and get the "pictures" because: those are the memories.

I had a friend one time. I mentioned him once before. His name was Max. And he was 90 years
old. He had a heart attack and stroke. He lived with his daughter. Shit balls. Incontinence.
The whole thing. I knew Max for a long time and I couldn't understand. So I went out to visit
him one day and I said "Max. I'm here for- I have a purpose, a particular purpose why I'm here
today. I need to know: Why ? Why are you bothering to struggle so hard to stay in this world ?

And he looked at me and he said, "Do you really want to know Richard ?" I said "Yeah."

And he said, "For the memories Richard. For the Memories."

Erica: That is how Life is.

Richard:

Well I think the point I would try to get to people is: okay, the surface things that are on the
outside they're important. But also Remember who you are on the Inside. And get in touch

with that. Because that's really all you have.
